Vinyasa Flow
Soulful, energetic, and revitalising, these classes combine flowing sun salutations with dynamic yoga poses and deeper holds. This invigorating blend clears the mind, builds strength and flexibility, and leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed. Expect plenty of movement and breathwork as we flow together in rhythm. Beginners are always welcome — options and modifications are offered throughout.
Slow Flow
Mindful, calming, and grounding, these classes invite you to slow down and move with intention. Through gentle, sustained movement, you’ll enhance mobility, build balanced strength, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and connection. Slow Flow is the perfect way to restore body and mind while developing awareness in every pose. Beginners welcome.
Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow classes are perfect for those who really love to move, and challenge themselves. These classes are a similar pace to Vinyasa Flow but often include a few more dynamic, heat building movements with the breath as well as introductions to some more challenged postues. This class is open to all levels as appropriate cues and stages to postures are provided. This class will still allow plenty of time for breathing and relaxation to invigorate you.
