I’m so excited to share that I am expanding my yoga class offerings. I now teach weekly yoga classes in Calne, in addition to my existing classes around Devizes and Lydeway! If you’ve been wanting to try a class or have friends in Calne, I’d love to welcome you. Whether you're new to yoga or already have a regular practice, this is a space to connect, move, breathe, and grow together.

What to Expect in My Classes
Just like my Devizes and Lydeway offerings, the Calne yoga session is rooted in a mindful, breath-led practice. I primarily teach Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow:
Vinyasa Flow is energetic, dynamic, and invigorating — we flow with the breath, linking movement to breath, building strength, flexibility, and presence.
Slow Flow is more grounded, slower-paced, and calming. It’s perfect for slowing down, tuning into your body, improving mobility, and building gentle strength.
No matter your level, there are options and modifications so you can move safely and comfortably. Each class is a chance to pause, soften, let go, and re-centre.

How to Book
Booking is super simple: head over to my Book Yoga page, where you can reserve your place online.
If you’re new, you’ll just need to fill in the New Student Form, and if you want to come regularly, there’s a block booking discount available. Drop in classes are £12 a session however if you book 4 sessions it is just £10 a class.
